Cody organizes an average of 50 events per year. Since he started working with smallWORLD he has organized and worked on hundreds of events – team building activities, gala dinners, and production for other types of events. Group sizes also vary from 10 to 5,000 people. In 2018 Cody became a partner in smallWORLD, and his focus is on operations management and facilitating events. Cody is originally from Jilin province in Northern China but has been living in Macau since 2007. In 2011, before graduating in International Tourism Management from Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) he joined smallWORLD Experience.

Since 2020 May has embraced digital events and hosted 100+ events. May works with smallWORLD since 2011. She has been working as a wine market consultant for more than 10 years but also as a magazine editor, event manager, PR consultant, land Master of Ceremonies. May has large experience in copywriting, translation, graphic and website design, video editing, networking, social media, and event organizing, especially for clients targeting audiences in Mainland China. Originally from Guangzhou, she graduated in Communication & Public Relations from Auckland University of Technology.

Chloe is an enthusiastic and outgoing professional originally from Guangdong Province. Having studied tourism management in university, Chloe has a wealth of knowledge in the tourism industry as evidenced by her prior work for China Travel Services.  She joined the smallWORLD Experience team at 2018 and has since flourished into a key member of the team. As a creative music and art enthusiast, Chloe utilizes her creativity to excel in her work, always striving to make sure everything is organized and on time. Her active involvement enriches everyone around her, offering invaluable direction while inspiring with her spirited nature.

Levius graduated in MICE studies from City University of Macau and is always enthusiastic to work with customers. He has astounding working skills when it comes to media editing.  When he’s not on the job, Levius enjoys listening to pop music and reading up on recent literature. Being an avid fan of ACG culture, Levius is actively involved in many online communities and events related to this topic. He loves being surrounded by people who share his interests, which make for lively conversations around his favorite topics. With his versatile abilities and vibrant personality, Levius is ready to take on any challenge that comes his way!

Luís’ nickname is “The Problem Solver”. Soon after arriving in Macau in 2013 Luis and smallWORLD partnered up for AV Production, sharing equipment and know-how. Luis is a professional musician since 1988 and features more than 3,000 shows and productions! He is also a music teacher since 1995 and, since arriving in Macau that Luis is works has an AV Manager and Sound Operator. He came to Macau in 2013 as a band leader for a six months season in Hard Rock Café Macau, but ended up staying until today. Today Luís is keeping is three main activities: AV Management, Performer and Teacher.

Right after arriving in Macau in October 2015, he started to collaborate with smallWORLD Experience in the Events team. Passionate about music, technology and sports, plus with a Hospitality & Events professional background, it was easy for him to integrate the smallWORLD Drumming Core Team as Doun Doun player. Currently, Miguel is responsible for the Digital Marketing, process automation and CMS.

Susana has more than 18 years of experience working in the public and private sectors in international business development, economic and market analysis, and intercultural training. Living in Hong Kong since 2012, Susana specializes in providing advice for Chinese investors, business and market intelligence, and cross-cultural communication for international business. She is also the President of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for the period 2020 – 2022 and Advisor for the EMBA program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Susana speaks English, Mandarin and some Cantonese.

Claudia has been delivering successful Virtual Team Building since March 2020. Claudia has been working with smallWORLD Experience since 2015 Claudia successfully organized 50+ events in different fields such as conventions, exhibitions, gala dinners, fashion shows, incentive travels, and team buildings. Claudia has been living in Macau since 2014. She graduated in Tourism Management at IULM University in Italy and has five years of experience as a PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) working for an Events Management and PR company in Milan. In Asia Claudia worked for a DMC (Destination Management Company) in Hong Kong before moving to Macau.

José has 18 years of hospitality experience working in organization development and specialized in resilience at individual, team and organization level. His focus is to improve customer and employee satisfaction while reducing operating costs and increasing revenue. In 2011, José joined the Macau’s integrated resort Sands China to work on Conrad and Hilton’s hotel training and simulation pre-openings. In 2014, José led a team of practitioners working on operational excellence, value stream improvements, workplace evolutions (5s method) and Occupational Health and Safety with significant savings and operational improvements.
