Bruno has been working in the MICE industry since 1997. Armed with over 11 years of experience, he has held different positions in the events business: as buyer, supplier and organizer. Bruno first arrived in Macau in 1993. His experience includes 15 months as events coordinator at the Macau‘s Handover Ceremony Coordination Office (2,500 delegates & 3,000 media persons) and two years as executive for marketing & PR at the Macau Trade & Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM). Bruno is a CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), he managed the IAPCO’ Seminar on Professional Congress Organization in Switzerland, graduated in Business Administration (1993) and has an MBA in Strategic Marketing (1996).

Louise Liu, hailing from Hunan Province, China, holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and exudes an unwavering passion for project management. Her fervor extends to being an avid researcher of new technologies, constantly seeking out and absorbing cutting-edge technology trends. With her proactive attitude towards life and work, Louise eagerly embraces challenges, infusing the company with a fresh surge of energy derived from her extensive cross-industry experience. In her leisure time, she immerses herself in the world of literature and channels her creativity through traditional Chinese calligraphy, writing her own chapter in the ever-changing times.

Nina Pan

Nina, a lively and outgoing person, has always been passionate for the industry. Since 2018, Nina has been pursuing her studies in Tourism Event Management at the Macau University of Tourism. Her theoretical and practical command of the profession, combined with her passion for the industry, has enabled her to work excellently. Nina has joined smallWORLD team since 2023. She has always put her passion 100% into every project she manages, ensuring that every event is carefully planned and excellently executed.
May Guan 关月明
Project Manager
Since 2020 May has embraced digital events and hosted 100+ events. May works with smallWORLD since 2011. She has been working as a wine market consultant for more than 10 years but also as a magazine editor, event manager, PR consultant, land Master of Ceremonies. May has large experience in copywriting, translation, graphic and website design, video editing, networking, social media, and event organizing, especially for clients targeting audiences in Mainland China. Originally from Guangzhou, she graduated in Communication & Public Relations from Auckland University of Technology.
