What is it?
Connecting Bridges is an interactive team-based construction challenge that brings the principles of collaboration to life. Working in small groups, participants receive identical materials and limited time to build a section of a bridge. The structure becomes a metaphor for teamwork and shared responsibility. It reflects how organizations must adapt to rapid changes in structure, staffing or processes. Success depends on everyone moving forward together. Once completed, all sections are joined into one unified bridge, tested by a remote-controlled car traveling from one end to the other.

This is a high-energy, hands-on experience that celebrates teamwork, coordination and creativity. It transforms abstract teamwork concepts into a shared achievement. Just like building connections between departments or clients, every piece plays a part in something greater.
