About Cody Cao, COO

Cody Cao is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of smallWORLD Team Building, with more than 15 years of experience in corporate events, team building, and incentive programmes across Macau, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Vietnam. He works with multinational clients and associations to translate business objectives into practical, locally relevant team experiences. As an IAF Endorsed Facilitator and Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP), Cody combines facilitation expertise with strong operational leadership. He is also a licensed performance broker in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
